How to track my order?

You can track your order by going to "My Orders" section in your account dashboard. Click on the specific order to see real-time delivery status.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges depend on your location and the product weight. Inside Dhaka city, the standard delivery charge is 60 BDT, and outside Dhaka it is 120 BDT. Orders above 2000 BDT get free delivery!

How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka, products are usually delivered within 1-2 business days. Outside Dhaka, it takes 2-5 business days depending on the courier service.
