📌 Check Before You Receive

At Aaybuy, we have a strict "Check on Delivery" policy. We do not offer any 7-day, 10-day, or 12-day return window after the product has been handed over to you.

You must check the product thoroughly in front of the delivery man while receiving your order. If there is any defect, damage, or if you are simply not satisfied with the product, you can return it immediately to the delivery man.

📦 Unboxing Video Requirement

For certain electronic or fragile items, we highly recommend recording a clear unboxing video in front of the delivery man. This helps in immediate verification of any manufacturing defect or transit damage.

💰 Refund Process

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you return the product to the delivery man, you will not be required to pay any delivery charge or product price.
  • Advanced/Online Payment: If you have already paid online (bKash, Nagad, or Card) and return the product at the door, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • No return requests will be accepted once the delivery man has left your premises.
  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers) and intimate/sanitary goods are non-returnable.
